4 weeks are over

And I’m pretty sure folks aren’t reading the homework. So gota work in quizzes and reading updates I think. And I have to start calling on people by name and giving them points (or not if they can’t answer)

We started playing board games – and they hadn’t read the instructions – maybe ya can’t read instructionswihtout hte game in front of ya. And I need to find videos of how to play the games – that will help – or maybe we make our own as a way to teach others about the games. I kind of like that idea – half of hte class are parkies so it would be good to give them some video experience. And all fo the game majors need to get used to thinking of lighting and sound and screen layout so it works for all of them. I could make an intro video to set up the series. This might be good isntead of a paper. Gotta think how to grade these babies tho.

going to have the students do peer review and peer editing next week on their video blog entries. skills the game industry wants so gotta do it at all the levels. Here we intro the ideas. As sophomores more pressure on acting on the reviews.
